For this mattress,we usually make it flat compressed mattress,vacuum compression packaging with wooden pallet.Firstly, we put the product into a vacuum plastic bag, and then compress it. When they reach a certain amount, we put them into a wooden pallet.Please refer to the following picture.If you want it rolled mattress in box,it is also available.

A2. yes,we can provide all size mattress.Both regular size and customized size are available,you can give us the size that you need.

A3. Afer you confirm our offer and send us the sample charge, we will finish the sample within 10days. We can express the sample to you with freight collected.

Q5: How do you deal with the product with defect?
A5. If the product has any defect in the warranty period, we will give you free one as compensation in the next order.
